Specials

Besides all the freshly prepared and delicious dishes from our restaurants, we go the extra mile to surprise you every six weeks. We do so with the ABC Specials, additional seasonal delicacies or revamped dishes. You will recognise the Specials by the Specials logo on the buffet cards. See below which Specials we currently have.

Asian
- Sweet and sour chicken: chicken thigh pieces with fresh pineapple, stir-fried in our sweet-and-sour wok sauce
- Stir-fried noodles in peanut sauce with chicken, vegetables, and spices
- Pork tenderloin stir-fried in a sweet Japanese sesame sauce with onions and mushrooms
Bakery
- Bueno cupcake on a vanilla muffin with vanilla buttercream, Bueno sauce, and Bueno pieces
- Cookies and cream brownie with real Oreo pieces
- Speculoos mousse with speculoos chunks and Bastogne cookie crumbs

- Pike-perch fillet marinated with garlic, red chili, rosemary, and dill

- Spicy Mexican chicken skewer with a piri-piri glaze
- Spicy beef enchiladas: a tender, spicy beef stew with red chili and bell pepper

- Grilled lamb burger with Arabic spices
- Baked sweet potato with delicious cinnamon butter
Salad Bar
- Goat cheese salad on a bed of lamb’s lettuce with Medjool dates and apple syrup
- Flambéed salmon sashimi with cucumber, mango, red chili, and wasabi-soy glaze
- Oriental shrimp salad with lamb’s lettuce, fresh bean sprouts, peanut sauce, and crushed peanuts
- Greek carpaccio with black olives, arugula, feta cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes

- Carpaccio uramaki filled with arugula, topped with truffle mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and pine nuts
