Besides all the freshly prepared and delicious dishes from our restaurants, we go the extra mile to surprise you every six weeks. We do so with the ABC Specials, additional seasonal delicacies or revamped dishes. You will recognise the Specials by the Specials logo on the buffet cards. - Burrata with lamb's lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and a green basil pesto with Parmesan cheese and pine nuts
- Steak tartare with balsamic glaze, truffle mayonnaise, and pickle relish
- Smoked prosciutto with balsamic glaze, aged grated cheese, and crushed hazelnuts
- Wrap with our pulled chicken, fresh white cabbage, and award-winning BBQ sauce
