At ABC, we want everyone to be able to enjoy our delicious dishes. While we do not offer special diets or special preparation/menus for lactose- and gluten-free dishes, we are happy to inform our guests about the ingredients in our dishes.
Important to know: all buffet cards clearly list the allergens. Our chefs are well-informed about the ingredients and preparation methods and are happy to provide you with more information if you have any questions.
For guests with peanut or nut allergies, please note: although not all of our dishes contain nuts, nuts are processed in every kitchen. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that dishes are completely free of peanuts and nuts.
